Clinic Front Desk (Âé¶¹ÉçÇø - Boucher Campus)

The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Âé¶¹ÉçÇø) Boucher Campus is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Clinic Front Desk. The Clinic Front Desk is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the front desk (reception area) of the Boucher Naturopathic Medical Clinic. To communicate with patients, student clinicians and Clinic Faculty to provide information regarding clinic services.
Available: January 2026 – FT Permanent
PAY RATE: $38,250 per annum
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience Front desk administration
  • Greet and screen clients in a positive and friendly manner and ensuring that protocols are followed
  • Respond appropriately to telephone, emails and in-person inquires from clients and other parties
  • Schedule appointments for clients in-person or virtual using the appropriate EMR system
  • Maintain a clean and comfortable atmosphere in the clinic lobby
  • Package orders, create shipping labels and release as per clinic procedures
  • Process and collect payment for services using clinic computer system
  • Reconcile cash and handle POS reports at the end of the shift
  • Maintain security of cashbox and keys at all times
Records Management
  • Scan, organize and input patient records into the EMR
  • Ensure that patient has completed necessary in take forms
  • Collect data from EMR System for patient reports

Qualifications
Technical/ Accredited Skills
  • Two years of post secondary education in medical administration or related studies
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records systems
  • Computer literacy in all range of administrative support programs such as Microsoft Office. Specifically outlook, word, excel, teams, and OneDrive
  • Experience in a clinical and/or medical reception environment preferred

  • Good organizational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment
  • Tact and judgment to deal with all levels of staff, faculty, students and patients
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills with the ability to interact with others in ways that respect diverse backgrounds, experience and styles.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, fast paced-environment.

The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (Âé¶¹ÉçÇø) is Canada’s premier, pan-Canadian academic institution for education and research in naturopathic medicine.
