We invite clinics from across North America who are interested in hiring, mentoring and/or working with naturopathic doctors and naturopathic medical students to join us at our annual Career Expo – a virtual networking event connecting you with fourth-year interns and recent graduates ready to launch their careers.
Whether you’re hiring, seeking a preceptor or extern, offering mentorship, or simply showcasing your clinic, this event helps you build future connections. Students will come prepared with questions and are required to visit a wide variety of clinics, ensuring meaningful conversations for every exhibitor.
Event Details:
Date: Monday, November 17, 2025
Location: Virtual event, taking place on Gatherly*
Booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Time: 8:30 - 11 a.m. PT / 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. ET
Includes a 30-minute introduction with some featured clinics, followed by two hours of dedicated networking time with no competing sessions.

Exhibitor Registration Fee:
Early-bird registration (until August 29): $20
Regular registration: $30
Late-bird registration (after October 17): $50
Your administrative Exhibitor Registration Fee enables us to host this engaging event on Gatherly, a virtual events platform, allowing for greater accessibility and participation from clinics across Canada and North America. This fee also allows us to limit competing sessions, ensuring maximum visibility for clinics and meaningful interaction with students throughout the dedicated networking Exhibition Hall.
